Terms of use, privacy, and how we comply with federal and Illinois firearms law. Last updated: April 2026.

Firearms Compliance

Guns and Glory is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). All firearm sales, transfers, and related transactions are conducted in strict accordance with federal law administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), as well as the laws of the State of Illinois.

To purchase or take possession of a firearm from us, customers must:

  • Be of legal age to purchase the firearm in question under federal and Illinois law;
  • Hold a valid Illinois Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) card;
  • Pass a background check via the relevant state and federal systems;
  • Complete all required ATF Form 4473 paperwork honestly and completely;
  • Comply with the State of Illinois 72-hour waiting period and any other applicable waiting periods.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale or transfer for any lawful reason, including any case in which we have reason to believe the transaction is not lawful or that the firearm could be used to harm the buyer or another person.

Concealed Carry Classes

Our Illinois Concealed Carry License (CCL) classes are taught in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois State Police. Completion of a class does not guarantee approval of a CCL application — applications are reviewed and issued by the State of Illinois at its discretion. Course tuition is non-refundable once a class begins, except as required by law.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information necessary to operate our business and to comply with applicable law. This includes:

  • Information you provide directly — name, contact information, government identification, and other details required for firearm transactions, transfers, repairs, classes, or general inquiries;
  • Website information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and functional;
  • Records required by law — including ATF-mandated transaction records, which we retain for the periods required by federal regulation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We disclose information only when required by law, requested by valid law enforcement process, or necessary to complete a transaction you have requested (for example, sharing transfer information with another FFL dealer).

If you contact us through the contact form on this website, your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
